He is a real estate blogger since 2009. He is the author of the “Primer on Republic Act No. 9904: The Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Association”.
He took up Bachelor of Arts, Major in Political Science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and graduated in 1993. Atty. Jojo is a Chartered Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP®) who provides professional advice to experienced real estate investors and entrepreneurs on wealth accumulation, preservation, and legacy planning for the future. He has a Certificate in Real Estate Investing, and a Professional Certificate in Family Wealth Planning from the Registered Financial Planners Association in the Philippines.
